OCI N.V. (Euronext: OCI) is a leading global producer and distributor of hydrogen products providing low carbon fertilizers, fuels, and feedstock to agricultural, transportation, and industrial customers around the world. OCI’s production capacity spans four continents and comprises approximately 16.3 million metric tons per year of hydrogen products including nitrogen fertilizers, methanol, biofuels, diesel exhaust fluid, melamine, and other products. OCI has more than 3,850 employees, is headquartered in the Netherlands and listed on Euronext in Amsterdam.

As the world’s population grows, humanity faces serious challenges in keeping up with food demand and limiting its environmental impact. We believe our position as a leading producer and distributor of nitrogen products gives us the opportunity to encourage sustainable practices in our industries and communities. Our nitrogen fertilizer products will be farmers’ main tool to increase crop yields.

In addition, OCI is also uniquely positioned to capitalize on the growth opportunities presented by the global transition to a hydrogen economy. As part of the accelerated global shift to clean energy, hydrogen will play a vital role in the energy transition. Our two core products – ammonia and methanol – are the most effective carriers of green hydrogen essential to decarbonizing industry, food, and transport.

Following a period of capital-intensive high growth rates, the focus is now fully on extracting more value out of existing asset base and sustainable growth opportunities. OCI is uniquely positioned at the forefront of its industry to drive the global hydrogen transition and achieve its long-term sustainability targets. In this regard, OCI is continuously looking for (investment) opportunities to execute its decarbonization strategy as well as to keep ahead of the changing global dynamics resulting from the tightening of environmental regulations.
